SaaS Development

Scalable Software-as-a-Service platforms with multi-tenant architecture and a modern tech stack.

A multi-tenant SaaS is not a single-tenant application with an accounts table bolted on. Tenant isolation, per-tenant configuration and branding, subscription and billing state, usage metering, and an upgrade path that can carry a schema change across every tenant without a maintenance window are architectural decisions — and they are cheapest to make in week one.

We make them with you during the design phase because we have made them for ourselves. SuperApp and Supaorder are both multi-tenant platforms Devkart designed, built and still operates, and their tenants are paying businesses rather than demo accounts. That turns the unglamorous half of a SaaS — subscription and billing management, role-based access, real-time analytics dashboards, a third-party integration surface, infrastructure that scales with load — into known patterns rather than a research project, which leaves your product as the part that actually gets invented.

It also means the operational questions arrive early, while they are still cheap: who gets paged, how a tenant is onboarded, what happens to a customer on the wrong side of a failed payment, and how you ship version two without asking version one to wait for it.

When this is the right thing to ask for

The six services overlap, and picking the wrong one costs a scoping call to discover. These are the situations this one is built for.

The product will be sold to many organisations, each of which must never see another one's data

Customers expect their own branding, their own subdomain or their own configuration

Revenue depends on subscriptions, seats or usage, so billing state is part of the domain model

A single-tenant application already exists and the second customer has just arrived

If there is only ever one tenant, it is a custom build.

Questions this usually raises

What types of software do you develop?
We build custom web and mobile applications, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, e-commerce and marketplace systems, enterprise software, and rapid MVPs. Our own products — SuperApp and Supaorder — run production workloads for businesses worldwide, so we build for scale from day one.
How do you ensure the security of the software you develop?
Security is baked into our process: secure coding practices, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based authentication, tenant isolation for SaaS products, regular security reviews, and compliance support for GDPR and similar regulations.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch warranty period, and we offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers covering monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and feature iterations. Most of our clients keep working with us long after launch.
What is your development process like?
We run agile sprints with working software delivered every week. You get a dedicated point of contact, transparent progress tracking, and demos at every milestone — continuous feedback keeps the product aligned with what you actually need.

Process

How the work runs

Every service moves through the same four phases. What changes between them is shape and duration, not method.

Discover & Scope

We dig into your goals, users, and constraints, then turn them into a clear scope with milestones and a fixed estimate — no surprises later.

Design & Architect

UX flows, data models, and system architecture are designed up front so the build phase moves fast and the product scales from day one.

Build & Iterate

Agile sprints with working software every week. You see real progress, give feedback early, and steer the product as it takes shape.

Launch & Scale

We handle deployment, monitoring, and post-launch support — then keep iterating with you as your product and user base grow.

The commercial shape — free consultation, fixed estimate against an agreed scope, weekly demos, a warranty period and an optional support retainer — is the same for all six and is set out on the services overview.
