Remote-First
Work from anywhere. We collaborate async and meet where the work is — not in an office.
Join a small senior team building custom software and SaaS products used worldwide.
Devkart is a small senior team, and intends to stay one. We build custom software for clients, and we build, run and support two SaaS products of our own — SuperApp and Supaorder. There are no layers of management between you and a decision, which means your judgement counts and your mistakes are visible. Both halves of that sentence are the job.
The work splits roughly in two. On one side are client engagements — the six software development services we sell, from four-to-six-week MVPs through multi-month custom platforms to mobile apps and architecture reviews. On the other are the products: multi-tenant, in production, used by paying businesses, and ours to keep running. Most engineers here touch both inside a year. The studio has been doing this since 2019, remote-first, with clients worldwide.
We keep the team small and the standards high — so the work stays interesting.
Work from anywhere. We collaborate async and meet where the work is — not in an office.
Your code reaches production fast — on our own SaaS platforms and on client products used worldwide.
TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Firebase, and cloud-native infrastructure — no legacy drudgery.
No layers of management. You work directly with founders and senior engineers on meaningful problems.
Send your CV, GitHub, or portfolio — whatever best shows what you've built.

Three steps, no portal, and a human on the other end of the address.
There is no applicant portal and no tracking system to disappear into. Email us with a CV, a GitHub profile, a portfolio, a write-up of something you shipped — whatever best shows what you have actually built. The two links above pre-fill the subject line, so your mail arrives with the right one on it. No recruiters, please: direct applications only.
The team is small enough that there is no screening layer between you and the engineers on the work. You talk to founders and senior engineers, and the conversation is about your work rather than a quiz: what you built, what you would do differently now, and how you handle a system that is already carrying real users.
We hire when we meet the right engineer, not only when a role is posted — which is exactly why the engineering application above has no specific role attached to it. The advisor network works the same way, engaged per project when a client build needs depth in payments, logistics, healthcare or marketplaces.
Whichever side you land on, the rhythm is the same one we sell to clients: agile sprints, working software at the end of each week, and a demo at every milestone. You sit close to whoever the software is for — a client stakeholder, or on the products, an operations team that will tell you inside a day when a screen is wrong. Discovery, architecture, build and launch are four phases you will see all of, not one you are handed the middle of.
The stack is TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue and Ionic on the front end; Node.js, Python and Firebase behind it; React Native and Capacitor for mobile; AWS, Google Cloud and Azure underneath. New work starts on current versions of it. Older client systems do exist and get modernised in stages — architecture review, then migration — but nobody is parked on maintenance as a career.
Because we operate what we build, you also get the half of the lifecycle that most engineers never see: deployment, monitoring, an upgrade that has to reach every tenant without a maintenance window, and the occasional incident with a real customer on the other end of it. It is the fastest way we know to get better at the part of the job that is not typing — the two platforms we run are where most of that happens.
Tell us what you're building. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a clear plan and an honest estimate.
