Six services, one engagement model. Devkart is a software engineering studio:
a small senior team that scopes the work, builds it, ships it, and then keeps it running. Every service below
moves through the same four phases — discovery and scope, design and architecture, weekly build sprints, launch
and post-launch support — and every one of them begins with a fixed estimate written against an agreed scope.
What changes between them is shape and duration, not method. An MVP answers one question in four to six
weeks. A custom platform runs two to four months, an enterprise system three to six. A consulting engagement
can produce a document and no code at all. They also overlap on purpose: most products we ship are two or
three of these at once, which is why an estimate covers the product rather than a line item per discipline.
The reason to read this page rather than a capability list is that we are also the customer for most of it. The two SaaS platforms we build and run — SuperApp and Supaorder — sit on the same stack, the same infrastructure and the same release process described
here, and they are still ours to operate on a Sunday.
