MVP Development

Rapid prototyping and MVP development to validate your ideas and get to market faster.

An MVP is a question, not a small product. The four-to-six-week window holds because the scope is settled before anything is built: the two or three flows that carry the question, the data model underneath them, and nothing else. Everything that can wait gets written down rather than argued about.

What ships is a real application — deployed, instrumented and in front of users — not a clickable prototype. User testing and feedback loops run inside the same sprints, so the second version answers to what people did rather than what they said they would do. If the question comes back answered, the MVP gets extended instead of thrown away: it is built on the same stack, the same infrastructure and the same standards as a full custom platform. If it comes back answered the other way, you spent four to six weeks finding that out, which was the point.

Typical stack

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Firebase
  • PostgreSQL
  • Serverless

When this is the right thing to ask for

The six services overlap, and picking the wrong one costs a scoping call to discover. These are the situations this one is built for.

There is one question the business needs answered before it commits further budget

A pitch, a pilot or a first cohort of users needs something real rather than a prototype

The scope keeps growing in conversation and someone needs to draw the line at what version one proves

The runway is short enough that four to six weeks is a meaningful fraction of it

If the question is architectural rather than commercial, review first.

Questions this usually raises

How long does it take to develop a custom software solution?
MVPs typically ship in 4–6 weeks. Full custom applications usually take 2–4 months, and complex enterprise systems 3–6 months. We define a milestone-based timeline up front during the discovery phase, so you always know what lands when.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
Both. Startups come to us for fast, focused MVPs that validate ideas without burning the runway. Established businesses engage us for custom platforms, modernization, and long-term product development. The process adapts to your stage.
What is your development process like?
We run agile sprints with working software delivered every week. You get a dedicated point of contact, transparent progress tracking, and demos at every milestone — continuous feedback keeps the product aligned with what you actually need.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch warranty period, and we offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers covering monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and feature iterations. Most of our clients keep working with us long after launch.

Process

How the work runs

Every service moves through the same four phases. What changes between them is shape and duration, not method.

Discover & Scope

We dig into your goals, users, and constraints, then turn them into a clear scope with milestones and a fixed estimate — no surprises later.

Design & Architect

UX flows, data models, and system architecture are designed up front so the build phase moves fast and the product scales from day one.

Build & Iterate

Agile sprints with working software every week. You see real progress, give feedback early, and steer the product as it takes shape.

Launch & Scale

We handle deployment, monitoring, and post-launch support — then keep iterating with you as your product and user base grow.

The commercial shape — free consultation, fixed estimate against an agreed scope, weekly demos, a warranty period and an optional support retainer — is the same for all six and is set out on the services overview.
