IT Consulting

Strategic technology consulting to help you make informed decisions about your tech stack.

Not every engagement should start with a build, and some should not end in one. An architecture review, a security assessment or a performance audit is fixed-scope work with a written outcome: what you have, what it costs you at ten times the load, and which of the options in front of you is the cheapest to reverse if it turns out to be wrong.

Security assessments apply the practices we run on our own products — encryption in transit and at rest, role-based authentication, tenant isolation, secure coding review, and compliance support for GDPR and similar regimes. Technology strategy and digital transformation work is less dramatic than the words suggest: sequencing, staffing, build-versus-buy, and a migration order that keeps the business trading while it happens.

Where a project needs depth we do not carry in-house, we bring in the advisor network — experienced architects and domain experts in payments, logistics, healthcare and marketplaces — on a per-project basis.

When this is the right thing to ask for

The six services overlap, and picking the wrong one costs a scoping call to discover. These are the situations this one is built for.

A decision has to be made and reversing it later would be expensive: build or buy, rewrite or extend, which cloud

A security questionnaire, an audit or a customer's procurement process is asking questions nobody can answer yet

Something is slow, or costly, at a load the business expects to reach next year

An in-house team is capable but needs depth in a domain it has not shipped before

If the decision is already made, go straight to the build.

Questions this usually raises

Can you help modernize existing software?
Absolutely. We handle legacy system migration, cloud migration, performance optimization, and incremental rewrites. We start with an architecture review, then modernize in stages so your business keeps running throughout.
How do you ensure the security of the software you develop?
Security is baked into our process: secure coding practices, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based authentication, tenant isolation for SaaS products, regular security reviews, and compliance support for GDPR and similar regulations.
What technologies do you work with?
Our core stack is React, Angular, Vue, and Ionic on the frontend; Node.js, Python, and Firebase on the backend; React Native and Capacitor for mobile; and AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure for infrastructure. We pick the stack that fits your product, not the other way around.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch warranty period, and we offer ongoing support and maintenance retainers covering monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and feature iterations. Most of our clients keep working with us long after launch.

Process

How the work runs

Every service moves through the same four phases. What changes between them is shape and duration, not method.

Discover & Scope

We dig into your goals, users, and constraints, then turn them into a clear scope with milestones and a fixed estimate — no surprises later.

Design & Architect

UX flows, data models, and system architecture are designed up front so the build phase moves fast and the product scales from day one.

Build & Iterate

Agile sprints with working software every week. You see real progress, give feedback early, and steer the product as it takes shape.

Launch & Scale

We handle deployment, monitoring, and post-launch support — then keep iterating with you as your product and user base grow.

The commercial shape — free consultation, fixed estimate against an agreed scope, weekly demos, a warranty period and an optional support retainer — is the same for all six and is set out on the services overview.
