When you will hear back

Every message gets a reply within 24 hours, including the ones that turn out not to be a fit — we would rather say so quickly than let a thread go quiet. The studio is remote-first and works worldwide, with core hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST; a message sent overnight is usually answered by the time you are back at your desk.

Clients already running something we built have an escalation route for production issues that does not wait on those hours. It reaches the engineers who wrote the code, not an outsourced first line.

The fastest route is usually not email at all. The free 30-minute consultation is with an engineer rather than a salesperson, and covers in one sitting what a mail thread takes a week to.

What to tell us

A one-line inquiry gets a one-line reply asking for the rest. The form above asks for four things, and including them is what lets the first response be a real answer with a plan and an estimate attached rather than a list of questions.

  • What you are building and what problem it solves — a paragraph is plenty.
  • Which of the six services it looks like, or that you are not sure yet.
  • A budget band, even a rough one. It changes what we would recommend, not whether we reply.
  • When you need it live, and what is driving that date.
