- Functional — the chat widget. It sets cookies so a conversation survives a page change. Chat is a support channel, so these load without a separate prompt; you can block them in your browser without affecting the rest of the site.
- Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement. Off until you allow it, and cleared again if you withdraw.

Changing your choice
Use the link in the footer. It reopens the banner so you can accept or decline again. Declining clears the analytics cookies a previous acceptance set, and stops new ones being written.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies for this site directly. Doing that removes the record of your consent choice, so the banner will ask again on your next visit.
What we do not do
